I have pets at home, can you work around them?

Yes, we can certainly work with or around your pets at home. Please speak with us about the best way to manage this, and keep your pet feeling safe and calm.

I have products I prefer you use, will you?

Yes, absolutely. If you have allergies or requirements to use certain products, we will oblige. If you are sensitive or allergic to cat dander for example, you may also prefer us to use your vacuum to help prevent cross-contamination.

How do you quote for each booking?

Quotations are conducted in person. We walk-through and discuss the specifics of what you need and ensure we are accurate using a hourly rate, with items that meet the standard list. Any extras will be expressed to you at the time of the walk-through.

How do I pay?

Payments can be made in cash, by bank transfer, PayID or PayPal.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give as much notice as possible for any changes to our booking agreement, so that we can all manage our time efficiently. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, we charge a cancellation fee of $40. 

No-shows or last-minute lockouts may be charged at the full service fee. We understand emergencies happen – please contact us directly if special consideration is needed.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. If you are not 100% happy with any part of your clean, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to fix it – free of charge.

We want every client to feel confident in our service and comfortable in their space. That’s why we aim to get things right the first time – and make it right if we don’t.
